A NEW CONSTITUTION

CANADA currently has a de facto government whereby all the attributes of sovereignty have, by usurpation, been taken and transferred from the lawful sovereign Canadian and tribal people to foreign corporate interests and entities. We will create a new governance system to distribute powers, authority, and functions from our federal government back to the provinces and WE THE PEOPLE. Shifting power into a new lawful governance model under jurisdiction of the common law that will determine trade agreements, laws and policies on behalf of the sovereign Canadian people first and foremost.

A NEW “CANADIAN” FEDERATION

The New Federation Party will create a new federation after a constitutional conference decides the formal policy to protect the legitimate sovereign Canadian citizen’s social, economic, creative, national, cultural rights and interests, while allotting authorized open sourced (transparent) governance and resource sharing.

FORMATION OF A LAWFUL SOVEREIGN NATION

Requires a public consensus about the purpose of the new Federation and how to formulate and achieve it. This will be established initially at our constitutional convention ( Fall 2023 / Calgary Alberta). The people will select, a temporary assembly (committee) and charge it with the formulation of a “constitutional convention” and how to elect our delegates who will provide a draft constitution to the people for review and allow a public debate, to make consensus changes to the constitution creating a NEW FEDERATION, mandate voted on in the next federal election.
